independent, family business in China. Manufacture
food grade agar and kappa type carrageenan.
Construction of our production facility began in 1991,
and was completed in 1993. The annual production
capacities are: 1.000 metric tons of agar, 720 metric
tons of refined carrageenan, and 1000 metric tons of
semi-refined ca-rrageenan. Huey Shyang supplies high
quality agar and carrageenan to all over the world.
Reaching for the highest product quality has been our
management philosophy. After the founding of our
company, we invested heavily in the latest technology,
most advanced equipments, and put together a world
class technical team for our research and development.
In three years period, Huey Shyang has succeeded in
manufacturing the highest quality of agar and
carrageenan .
We further assure the product quality through the
use of precision instrum-ents and well trained staffs
in our quality control programs.
The qualities of our agar and carrageenan have

manufacturers in the U.S. and Japan, and have won
